Sang Min Lim is a licensed realtor, business broker, and attorney in both California and Nevada. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, he moved to the U.S. to study at Brown University, where he earned a BA in Economics, and later earned his Juris Doctor from USC Law School.
While at USC, Sang Min Lim developed a strong interest in real estate, earning his license and gaining hands-on experience in real estate law. Since 2018, he has been serving clients as both a realtor and attorney, offering a unique dual perspective.
Sang Min Lim combines his legal expertise with advanced knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing to effectively list residential and commercial properties. His listings appear on top real estate platforms and major publications, ensuring maximum visibility and results for his clients.
